If you would like to attend the (PS)² 2025, please apply through the page Submit CV.

Application deadline: April 4th 2025

The number of attendees is limited, so apply early! In case of overbooking, a selection will be made based on the objectives of diversity and excellence. A bonus will go to attendees submitting a poster and applying early.

A sciencesconf.org account is needed for the application. If you do not have one, please create one by clicking on the Login button at the top right.

During the application process, you will be asked to provide the information outlined in the following steps:

• 1 Metadata  

• a title => please enter your name and surname 

• an abstract => please enter the information listed below:

• your gender (Male, Female, Other),

• your current status (PhD student, which year,  post-doc or other),

• your laboratory,

• your institution,

• the city and country where you work,

• the title of your poster if any,

• your accommodation preferences => just write "accommodation double shared room" / "accommodation single room" / "no accommodation". If you want to share the room specifically with somebody you know, please specify.

  NOTE: The default accommodation dates are July 6 - 12, 2025. However, if your application is accepted, we will ask you to confirm your actual arrival and departure dates.

• 2 Author(s)

• your affiliation => this section will automatically include your login information; however, you will need to manually add the name of your institution, country, and organization (typically a laboratory). You may also include additional authors if necessary.

• 3 File(s)

• your CV => please upload a 1 page CV (pdf format). 

• 4 Overview - finalizes the sumission of your application.

You will be informed the week following the dealine whether your application has been successful; you will then be able to finlize your registration on the designated website.
