Fees and Payment

Registration fees

You can register only if your application has been accepted during the submission process.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided from Monday to Friday afternoon (including lunch), except on the day of the cultural visit, when participants will have a free afternoon in Paris and dinner will not be included.

The registration fees are: 

• 350€ without accommodation, 
• 500€ with accommodation in a shared double room, 
• 800€ with accommodation in a single room.

If you wish to share the room specifically with somebody you know, please let us know in your application form and confirm during registration.

Payment 

The registration fee with accomodation must be paid by May 4, 2025.

The registration fee without accomodation must be paid by May 18, 2025.

Payment can be made using a bank card on the dedicated webpage. You will receive the link once your application is accepted.
